Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga

SUP Yoga Class

Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga combines traditional yoga practices with the unique challenge and joy of practicing on water. It offers a full-body workout while enhancing balance, core strength, and mental focus.

The unstable surface of the water requires constant micro-adjustments, engaging deep stabilizer muscles while the calming presence of water promotes mindfulness and stress relief.
